Policies/Returns

 PROCESSING TIME

Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) of receipt of payment. If there is a reason why your shipment will be delayed, you will be contacted.

 SALES AND COUPONS:

All sales and coupon codes are not valid on previous orders.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS:

I strive to make the highest quality pieces I possibly can! Because of this, all sales are final.

However, if you receive a piece that you believe to not be your style after receiving it, feel free to reach out. In some instances at my discretion, I may be able to perform an exchange or store credit. Please note that all shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer. If a mistake is ever made by me in shipping a piece (such as sending the wrong item), I will exchange or refund the mistake!

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

 

Returns and exchange details

Return Policy:

- If you decide to return items, please send an e-mail with your request. The request must be received within 5 business days of the delivery date.

- All returned items must be returned with the proper care (reference below terms). If an item is not in its original condition, a credit will not be issued for this item.

- Upon receipt of the returned items, we will notify you and place a credit to your account accordingly.

 

Return Shipping Instructions

- All items must be in original condition (not worn, used or damaged).

- Items must be returned in their original box/package or a box/package of similar size. Please re-use the bubble wrapping or use new bubble wrapping to ensure the protection of the items. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return.

-If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
