Kintsugi Amazonite & Blue Goldstone Pendant

Stones are Amazonite and Blue Goldstone. 

Electroforming creates a one of a kind, unique piece.  No two pieces are ever alike.  This is a slow process ranging from 12-48 hours, it deposits copper particles onto organic and inorganic pieces. After coming out of the bath each piece is hand polished, antiqued and re-polished.

Comes with a 20” copper multi link chain with lobster clasp. 

Please note that copper naturally darkens with age and if necessary may be cleaned to restore color/shine.

Kintsugi, also known as kintsukuroi, is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas broken with lacquer that is mixed with gold, silver or platinum. As a philosophy it embraced the flawed or imperfect. It highlights the cracks and repairs as events in the life of an object, rather than allowing its use to end at the time of its damage or breakage.
